Capable of determining the flow of the product that passes through the sensor.
The standard for measurement accuracy, performing with unsurpassed accuracy and duraility. Boasting high measurement stability and a low pressure drop, offer unmatched service life and ease of maintenance. From petroleum production to marketing to transportation.
With low pressure drop and a rugged bearing system, for crude oil applications. The unique helical rotor design minimizes the effect of changers in viscosity for increased accuracy and repeatability. The sturdy rotor and mounting system are virtually immune to shock and pressure surges, translating into reduced maintenance requirements and long service life.
Designed for high accuracy in large crude oil and refined product pipelines and high flow rate applications. Rugged and feature a durable rimmed rotor and high-resolution pulse outputs
Using the Coriolis principle., designed for liquid flow applications as in gas applications. Provide measurement of several variables simultaneously: mass flow, density, volume, temperature and concentration of solid contents (mass or flow).Request a Quote
The quality system also called an automatic sampler aims to determine the composition, quality, density and water content of the hydrocarbon for fiscal calculations and allocations. It is designed to extract a small representative sample from the pipe, representing the entire product loading or unloading transfer operation. Subsequently, the quality analysis of the fluid sampled is done. The system consists of an in-line sample probe plus a separate cabinet for sample reception and storage plus the appropriate instrumentation.
These systems are used in crude oil production and treatment facilities in oil fields and in Custody Transfer Systems like LACT units and measurement skids in pipeline, ship loading/unloading, tank trucks and other hydrocarbon transfer applications.Request a Quote
Double block and bleed valves are used to achieve positive isolation when performing meter proving or when doing maintenance activities during live operations in the plant. Allows total seal eliminating the possibility of leaks in comparison to traditional multiple valve installations, preventing product contamination or if you require to bleed the valve cavity thus increasing safety of the design.Request a Quote
Used to verify flow meter uncertainty which helps us to establish the Pulses per unit volume for a metering unit (flow meter), for calibration the accuracy of the meter thus minimizing the error in the measuring device.Request a Quote
VITO LT probe for temperature and water bottom measurement. Robust and reliable, it accurately measures average product temperature using nine temperature elements. Its advanced thermosensor technology meets all major industrial standards. Measures average product and vapor temperature, free water level and provides temperature profile inputs. Together with the Honeywell Enraf Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG), the VITO LT helps meet your accuracy requirements for tank inventory.Request a Quote
Tank overfills have been the cause of severe safety incidents at liquid hydrocarbon storage facilities. Preventing petroleum storage tanks from being overfilled is an important safety and environmental concern.
API 2350 "Overfill Protection for Storage Tanks in Petroleum Facilities" produces recommendations, procedures and documentation that can be used successfully to protect against overfills.
As per API 2350 Automatic Overfill Prevention System (AOPS) shall be independent, physically & Electronically separate from Automatic Tank Gauging System (ATG).Request a Quote
Milton Roy has the application expertise to optimize the process for general blending, homogenization, dissolution, suspension, coagulation, flocculation, pH adjustment, or any other mixing requirement. We ensure quality and reliability through every stage in the process: from selection, design and planning to testing, installation and maintenance.
For large volume storage tanks that require constant mixing of the contents, our mixers deliver the most effective result in an extremely energy efficient unit.Request a Quote
Honeywell’s Enraf® Displays and Indicators include various displays and operator panels for static tank quantity assessment, enabling access to tank data at all times from virtually any place and in various formats. These displays include:
The Preset Smith Meter AccuLoad provides reliable and accurate control and measurement of liquid petroleum blending and transfer operations. Primarily intended for use in refined petroleum distribution terminals, but easily configured for a wide variety of liquid transfer applications. The operator can select the desired amount of any one of up to 50 recipes and the AccuLoad will control and monitor the pumps, valves, and additive injectors to efficiently and safely transfer the precise amount.Request a Quote
Designed mainly for Fuel and Chemical Loading terminals. It´s a mechanical device that allows liquid or liquefied gas transfer from the loading rack to a tank during the loading process, and in the opposite direction during fluid unloading operations. Loading or unloading is done through the manhole on the top of the tanker. A marine loading arm is necessary for transferring fluids from or to a ship.Request a Quote
The Smith Meter® Model 210 Valve is typically used in conjunction with the Smith Meter® AccuLoad family of electronic products for preset loading and Unloading at truck racks, bulk plants or processing installations. The valve is hydraulically-operated and diaphragm-controlled with two solenoid controls. The normally-open (N.O.) and normally-closed (N.C.) solenoids located in the upstream and downstream portions of the control loop, respectively, control the operation of the valve.Product Features
Vehicle Static Ground Verification System and Overfill Monitor with self-proving technology based on Scully’s original patented design. Can be used with tank trucks, rail tank cars, aircraft refuelers and tanks to ensure that transport vehicles are both properly tied to ground and protected for overfill before and during the loading operation. Immediately shuts down the loading operation if proper static grounding is not detected or if detects overfills.Request a Quote
Designed for use with the intrinsically safe output circuits of Terminal grounding and overfill Monitors. It´s used to connect the loading rack monitor to the vehicle mounted socket. Can be used with a variety of loading operations including tank trucks, rail tank cars, aircraft refuelers and tanks.Request a Quote
Our recommendation for most applications on liquid fuels loading is the Prime 4. It´s a 4", single-case, positive displacement meter designed for maximum accuracy and reliability and minimum maintenance. The PRIME 4 is ideal for loading rack service and custody transfer of petroleum products. Applications include gasolines and oxygenates, ethanol, kerosene, diesel fuel, jet fuels, and fuel oils.Request a Quote
Designed mainly for Fuel and Chemical Loading terminals. It´s a mechanical device that allows liquid or liquefied gas transfer from the loading rack to a tank during the loading process, and in the opposite direction during fluid unloading operations. This kind of arm is reserved for the unloading of road/rail tanker from the bottom API coupling connection. A marine loading arm is necessary for transferring fluids from a ship.Request a Quote
